Description

She is Ozma from "The Wonderful wizard of Oz" (1986) anime adaption of the books. 

I was inspired by the episode where she finds a secret room inside the castle where people normally once they entered, never returned. There, a wall collapses, revealing a wall of emeralds with inscriptions of the king, his father. She can read the inscriptions, and fails to understand the legacy who was left him by his father.

Lovely depiction of the anime scene!

Very different from the original "Emerald City of Oz" book, but good development of her character!

But you just need to revise those last few words in the description ...
